The International Workshop on Counterterrorism and Open Source Intelligence is one of the most significant events in the field of counterterrorism and open source intelligence today.

The workshop is an opportunity for researchers, professionals, law enforcement officers, intelligence agencies, and industry decision makers to establish professional relationships and serves as a platform for the formation of international cooperation.

Phi Beta Iota: This is one of several conferences in Europe, some not public, that Robert Steele is supporting in September – December, and during which will be defined the new Multinational Multifunctional Information Sharing and Sense-Making Conference planned for November 2010 in Europe.  Heeding the brilliant counsel of J. F. Rischard in HIGH NOON: 20 Global Problems, 20 Years to Solve Them, we now seek to create global virtual issue networks that cross all boundaries without interference from the secret intelligence world, which is a beneficiary, not a benefactor, of open sources and methods.  The ten high-level threats defined by the United Nations, and the twelve core policies defined by the Earth Intelligence Network will be combined with engagement of the eight demographic leaders to create the World Brain and EarthGame in the service of all individuals and organizations–PANARCHY is the opposite of Anarchy–it relies on clarity, diversity, integrity to produce sustainability, enabling every individual to have access to all information in all languages all the time (especially “true cost” information, and to be an active participant in any and all networks (political-legal, socio-economic, ideo-cultural, techno-demographic, natural-geographic) without conflict of interest.
