There is convincing proof that vitamin D 5000 IU daily will lower mortality and promote longevity. Likewise bacterially derived vitamin K ( menaquinone) has substantial anti-inflammatory effects that likely retard aging and combat multiple health issues.  It is part of the cause for the French paradox.   These are simple, nontoxic and cheap supplements that could benefit the whole world.
