RT, Sputnik and Russia’s New Theory of War

How the Kremlin built one of the most powerful information weapons of the 21st century — and why it may be impossible to stop.

Robert David Steele

ROBERT STEELE: The story is worth reading but is mostly crap. RT is an infant in the Information Operations area (with general managers that do not even show up for work), and the shallowness and lack of holistic integrity is appalling. This story, like the CIA report on Russians hacking the election, is a Deep State narrative that is beneath contempt. No one, anywhere, has IO right.
