Computer hackers have repeatedly breached the systems of the company that runs the Nasdaq stock exchange in New York but did not penetrate the part of the system that handles trades, according to several law enforcement officials.

Phi Beta Iota: What is really fascinating is that the financial crime syndicates are vastly more vulnerable than honest Main Street folk to both cyber-attack via code and electrical channels, and to electro-magnetic pulse interventions as well as standard physical interventions (detonation cord around major power pipes, for example).  This gives new force to the concept of “don't throw stones when you live in a glass house.”  The era of wanton screwing of the people is over.  The times, they are a-changing.  Integrity is back in style.  That's a good thing.
