Towards the European Open Science Cloud

CERN has recently published a paper which outlines the establishment of the European Open Science Cloud that will enable digital science by introducing IT as a Service to the public research sector in Europe.

Phi Beta Iota: The underlying commonality in the cloud is code integrity — the security and reliability of every transaction, be it a payment, a fact, an inquiry, a location. They have not figured this out yet. When they do, the way will be open toward the eradication of 50% fraud, waste, and abuse across all domains, and the creation of a prosperous world at peace that works for 100% of humanity. Payments will drive ethical evidence-based science and vice versa.
