Phi Beta Iota: We have 21st Century systems built with 1970's code in a scientific reductionist context lacking in all forms of accountability as well as documentation. The solution is to rapidly migrate all systems, starting with critical infrastructure systems, toward Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE) — not just the software, but the hardware and everything else. To do this we need a national Open Source (Technologies) Agency such as the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has twice approved in principle, but lacking an interest from the White House or a Cabinet official.
