Supreme Court to hear potentially landmark case on partisan gerrymandering

Phi Beta Iota: The case does not include the fact that even if tightly drawn, districts are apportioned on the basis of the census that counts all adults, including illegal aliens and foreigners. If only eligible US citizens were counted in creating districts, California would lose four seats in the House of Representativs.
