Google: Online to Brick and Mortar Cross Correlation

Our research suggests that Amazon may have a slight edge in the cross correlation of user data. Google, whether pulling a me too or simply going its own way, has decided to link online and brick and mortar data.

ROBERT STEELE:  It's official.  I've gotten the briefs.  Google is now a digital mummy and officially retarded. Amazon is going to destroy IBM, Oracle, and everyone else in the DoD/IC vendor ecology (doing what they did so well to Netflix: sell low, observe, replicate, destroy the original inspiration by pricing them out of the Amazon services they first used at sucker pricing). The briefing is a MUST HEAR for OMB, GAO, DoD, and IC.  If the USG does not do some sort of “pre-nup” with Amazon as part of the $10B deal (eventually $20B) Amazon is going to own and exploit all USG data to its own ends and there will be zero protections for Constitutional or customer rights. Amazon is  to be admired for what it has done, but just like Google, this is best in class engineering with no ethics, no oversight, and no public interest. I very much look forward to helping create the follow-on to #GoogleGestapo (Amazon, Facebook, Google, MeetUp, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia) that is in the service of We the People.
