The Supreme Court Makes Mistakes & Can Be Bought

I read Garrett Epps, “The Citizenship Clause Means What It Says,” and am charmed by a professor who fails to acknowledge both the fact that the Supreme Court can make mistakes and be bought, and the fact that the clause was explained by its own author, who every explicitly excluded children born to visiting foreigners.

I am reminded of the Supreme Court's mistake in CITIZENS UNITED, relying on an incorrect report to the effect that corporations were intended to have citizenship — this is an interpretation that will be reversed in my lifetime. Many of us are very familiar with the decades of work by Justice Powell and the US Chamber of Commerce to subvert the Supreme Court, and many of us are very familiar with the fact that the Catholic and Jewish communities have vied for a majority of their own within the Court.

Some of us speculate that the next Supreme Court Justice will be a woman who did NOT attend the two bastions of the Deep State elite, Harvard and Yale.

Here is my bottom line: half of what we are told by academia, the media, and science is incorrect, and that includes the article by Professor Epps; the Internet has changed everything — even with the massive attempts by #GoogleGestapo to censor, manipulate, and digitally assassinate conservatives, the dies is cast, the public is awakening, and no detail is going to escape public scrutiny going forward.

A number of the amendments are going to be strengthened or overturned — the 16th and 17th amendments, for example, appear to have not been properly ratified, and the President's team is very well aware of this. We are in a fight for American values and American integrity. You are on the wrong side of that fight.

Very respectfully,
Robert David Steele

Addendum:

The President has connected the dots — and we have senior Democrats who agree. This is not about amending the Constitution this is about properly interpreting the Constitution which is where the Supreme Court comes into play.

UPDATE 1:

CRS Legal Sidebar gets it wrong — President needs to make the case that Supreme Court has erred in the past, children born in the USA to a foreign parent or two foreign parents do not qualify for birthright according to the author of the original amendment.
