ROBERT STEELE: NISA is a very high-quality organization but their penchant for one day events limits international participation. We have proposed to them expansion of the event to two days with video recording and a book as a product of the event.

The IC processes 1% of what it collects; collects 1% of what is published which is 1% of what is written which is in turn 1% of what is known.  And can then produce only 4% of what a major commander needs and nothing for everyone else. This is retarded.
