I've been spending a lot of time thinking about how to resurrect America the Beautiful. My reading on the goodness of America the Beautiful is bracketed on one end by Kevin O'Keefe's The Average American–The Extraordinary Search for the Nation’s Most Ordinary Citizen and most recently by the gloriously uplifting book by James and Deborah Fallows, Our Towns – A 100,000 Mile Journey into the Heart of America by James and Deborah Fallows BONUS 1 Minute Video.
My professional reading on intelligence expanded radically after I met Tom Atlee, whose book The Tao of Democracy–Using Co-Intelligence to Create a World That Works for All took my thinking about Human Intelligence (HUMINT) to a whole new level far beyond the pedestrian (and generally failed) thinking that characterizes US HUMINT today. Along the way, in addition to writing my own books about intelligence reform and transformation (including information operations) I studied information pathologies and made the intellectual leap beyond the narrow confines of intelligence to conceptualize how education, intelligence, and research must be managed — ethically — as a whole if one is to create a Smart Nation able to achieve peace and prosperity for all.
My thinking about how to organize society was provoked in the late 1980's when I understood that ethics is a catalyst for holistic and therefore fruitful thinking — Walter Truett Anderson's To Govern Evolution: Further Adventures of the Political Animal had a huge impact on me. Many books have helped me see the pathological dysfunctionality of the federal system that is now Licensed to Lie and totally unconstitutional — divorced from the ethical foundation of our Founding Fathers. George Will's The Conservative Sensibility is as good as it gets on that topic. Two books in particular drove home the vital aspect of LOCALIZATION which was best represented among the Founding Fatrhers by Thomas Jefferson: Elinor Ostrom's Governing the Commons: The Evolution of Institutions for Collective Action and Nassim Nicolas Taleb's ANTIFRAGILE – Things That Gain From Disorder.
Missing from my reflections, despite many years of reading across many categories of non-fiction spanning consciousness, ethics, and religion, was the tangible spiritual framework. While I was inspired by Will Durant's secular original PhD thesis, Philosophy and the Social Problem–The Annotated Edition, it took John Caputo's Truth – Philosophy in Transit to connect my mind and my heart and show me how my professional objectives could be better achieved by fully embracing philosophy and theology.
Then came a US patriot who reads as broadly if not more broadly than I do, who wishes to remain anonymous but can be known as Veðrfölnir. He gave me as a gift to share with others his original and well-documented work Ascension Christianity, a work I did not fully grasp until after I read David Ray Griffin's The Christian Gospel for Americans – A Systematic Theology, and also watched the America the Beautiful melt down under a massive information war in which the Deep State has used every bit of government, media, academia, and non-government that it can control — including particularly the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) that I consider to be fronts for transnational crime — that I was moved to finally recognize the missing piece in what I have called The Second American Revolution.
Christian Collectivism. Localized Christian Collectivism.
We need to start now. If President Donald Trump carries the medical martial law past 10 April I believe we are going to experience food shortages going into Election Day in November 2020. All challenges can be overcome and I do not under-estimate the Deep State threat the President is dealing with right now, but at some point, soon, he needs to reboot the economy or the collateral damage will be lasting.
You cannot buy your way out of a societal collapse. Time is the one strategic variable that cannot be bought nor replaced — every day that passes in quarantine is going to translate into a week or month — depending on the fragility of the links being broken — of recovery time.
Now is the time for the President to be a spiritual and “home town” leader, not just a “war commander” at the national level.
Now is the time to lay the foundation for a new American economy that is localized, self-sufficient in all respects, and deeply spiritual.
Christian collectivism as I and Veðrfölnir have discussed would be private, mutual, voluntary and based on Christian concepts of service to family and local communities (local). The organizational structures already exist: co-operatives, mutual insurance companies, credit unions, grange societies, and now, community supported agriculture, community gardens, crowd funding and local capital raising structures.
Localized Christian Collectivism is the perfect implementation architecture for using Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE) to rebuild America the Beautiful at a fraction of the price of the failed Western model of predatory capitalism that is 50% waste and 90% profit for the banks.
As pioneers such as Marcin Jakubowski, to whom I dedicated my volume, REINVENTING ENGINEERING: The Ultimate Hack — Creating a Prosperous World at Peace with Open Source Everything, have demonstrated, we can build and maintain just about anything for 10-20% of the cost of the predatory proprietary legalized approach.
If the President were at the same time to remove most if not all of the secrecy patent orders now illegally (unconstitutional deprivation of property) imposed, starting with free energy (which allows unlimited desalinated water to be produced) and if he were at the same to renounce federal control of at least half the Western lands now unconstitutionally taken from the states, he could inspire a New Frontier in American Christian Collectivism manifest in localized communities, many of them new communities built from the ground up with OSEE.
In no way does this concept seek to violate the separation of state and church embodied in the US Constitution. If anything this concept seeks to restore state and local rights, to banish most of the federal apparatus, and to reinstate the intimate relationship between all elements at the LOCAL level.
