Intel agencies had hints of ISIS plot

Intelligence obtained by Western security agencies before the November 13 Paris attacks indicated as many as 60 ISIS fighters had been deployed by the group to Europe to carry out attacks on five cities and had already reached European soil, a senior European counterterrorism source told CN.N.
Phi Beta Iota: Most people do not understand that a) intelligence agencies lie a lot to include pretending after the fact to have known something they obviously did not or they would have sounded the alarm and b) the discovery of plots by non-state actors are sometimes used — as Dick Cheney used 9/11 — to “take over” the plot, make it happen to a state-sponsored script, and then blame it on the hapless plotters. All indications are that Paris I, Paris II, and San Bernardino were false flag operations carried out in Europe by some combination of neo-Nazi covert networks and fascist elements in the French police, perhaps with assistance from the Mossad, and in California by a Blackwater-like contractor with FBI and local law enforcement complicity in framing the two Islamic citizens shot while hand-cuffed.
