Phi Beta Iota: There are three emergent capabilities we are watching very carefully. The first is LinkedIn and its recent acquisition Pulse. The second is everything that Dr. Patrick Meier touches from Crisis Mappers to Micro-Tasking (which will soon turn into Micro-Monitoring of threats, policies, and costs at the zip code level). The third is our own unique mix of open source tools being brought together by a couple of wizards, going well beyond, while incorporating, all that Dr. Dr. Dave Warner did with TOOZL. The times they are a' changing.
