Our legitimately-elected President is severely handicapped by a secret intelligence community that is a complete failure across the board. As General Tony Zinni, USMC (Ret.) has said, when he was fighting two wars and twelve joint task force actions, he got, “at best,” 4% of what he needed to know from the cesspool we call the Intelligence Community.
Our President cannot defeat the Deep State, govern, reduce the size of the federal government by 50%, or restore peace and prosperity at home and abroad, without an effective national intelligence community. This short paper is a starting point for anyone who wants to get it right.
