The Message From Both Parties Is That Americans Are Disposable

Institute for Political Economy, 7 September 2012

If political conventions are ranked on a one to ten scale for intelligence, I give the Republican Convention zero and the Democrats one.

How can the United States be a superpower when both political parties are unaware of everything that is happening at home and abroad?

. . . . . . . .

Have any peoples in human history ever been less represented by their government and political parties than Americans?

The US government represents Israel and the one to ten percent. Everyone else is disposable.

Phi Beta Iota:  We believe that the President will be re-elected, but cannot be certain.  Obama beat McCain with only 30% of the eligible voters against McCain's 25%.  Huge numbers of those mobilized in 2008 will not vote this year, making this what may be the tightest race in history next to the Bush-Gore debacle.  Obama probably has the edge in electronic voter manipulation, but the Republicans have a history of being effective–and getting away with it–Florida 2000, Ohil 2004 were decisive frauds.  Occupy has failed to focus, and IndependentVoting.org is part of the Bloomberg three-ring circus along with NO LABELS and the now neutered Americans Elect–all three believe in the two-party tyranny.  The four viable small parties–Constitution, Green, Libertarian, and Reform–have again been marginalized.  Between the two candidates, only Obama has the luxury of being able to take last minute actions, such as appointing Ron Paul to head a commission on the Federal Reserve, putting a hold on all foreclosures and evication while also indicting some of the bankers, and legalizing marijuana (the latter may not be on the scope for most in Washington DC but this is *the* issue among the young and intelligent.  Restoring voting right to felons that have satisfied their debt to society is another one; creating a coalition cabinet, adopting the Automated Payment Transaction (APT) Tax while ending all income and business taxes, and a credible jobs plan such as Ronald Reagan's Secretary of Labor put forward in partnerhship with the Secretary of Defense–all do-able.  In brief, Obama will lose only if the deal has already been cut and he is the designated fall guy.
