I am especially interested in NATO and White SOF as well as emerging regional associations that want to create M4IS2 Decision-Support Centres (MDSC) and push back on external influences that are both toxic and untruthful.  Most of our policies — for example the war on drugs — are hypocritical, unaffordable, and not based on ethical evidence.  The time for the world to get a grip on reality and begin both OSC and  M4IS2 is now.  Will gladly accept corporate funding of travel on a business development basis.
