Phi Beta Iota: This intellectual dilitanism — corrupt at multiple levels – is troubling. These people have no idea what they are doing other than pandering to their donors and playing with numbers. Absent a clear definition of the threat, a strategy to deal with all the threats simultaneosly and over the long term, and a force structure plan that is affordable, inter-operable, and scalable, all of this stuff is a negative. Humans are the one part that is priceless, and of course humans receive no consideration here, other than to continue to promote contractor outsourcing in lieu of organic integrity. The think tanks mean well, but they lack intelligene with integrity.
