What is ALL of the qualified Candidates were allowed to participate in the Presidential Debates?
Phi Beta Iota: This is Peter Ackerman's latest pet rock [he co-funded Americans Elect, a hugely important idea badly executed and now abandoned prematurely. While the lawsuit may succeed and we hope that Jill Stein gets her moment on national television (Johnson is unlikely to be the Libertarian candidate again), this is a cosmetic theatrical placebo. Absent all eight of the electoral reform initiatives achieving this particular gain is like having the wheel to a Mercedez but missing the rest of the car.
