Phi Beta Iota: In his book, The New Craft of Intelligence (2002), Robert Steele explicitly identified illegal immigration as one of the most destabilizing forces going forward. Unfortunately, the US Government does not operate on the basis of ethical evidence-based decision-support — it sells very bad — toxic — decisions to the highest bidder and the highest bidder does not give a rat's ass about the well-being of the US public. An honest foreign policy would not subsidize 42 of 44 dictators on the planet, mount elective wars based on lies, and generally allow predatory banks to explode economies and screw all of the people all of the time.
