Phi Beta Iota: Both are worth reading in full. There are too many preconditions of revolution actively present in the USA today, and if a revolution does occur, the US Government appears poised to make the fundamental mistake most authoritarian regimes make: they will try to control it, repressing the rioters, instead of focusing on stabilization with free energy, food, and water and a plan for recovery. We are in the “Long Emergency” predicted by James Howard Kunstler in 2006.
