ISIS was created by CIA and Mossad with funding from Saudi Arabia and logistics facilitation from Turkey, while drawing on disenfranchised Sunni officers from Iraq. Barack Obama and George Soros are directly responsible for ISIS (along with Hillary Clinton and John Brennan).
Not to be overlooked are Ukrainian puppet Petro Proshenko and UN/Goldman Sachs puppet Peter Sutherland as well as German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Phi Beta Iota: ISIS was funded by Saudi Arabia and perhaps even devised by CIA Director John Brennan, a converted Muslim and perhaps a Saudi agent of influence, when he was Chief of Station in Saudi Arabia (he is also the person, while there, who approved the US visas for the 9/11 patsies — many of them not Saudi but traveling on Saudi passports). ISIS is about helping Saudi Arabia — which has given tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation — a pipeline to the sea cutting northwest through Syria, and a pipeline to the sea cutting southeast through Yemen. That's it, plain and simple. Obama, Clinton, and Brennan are servants to Saudi Arabia (as well as Israel and other powers including Goldman Sachs as the front for the Rothschild family). Nothing we are doing in the Middle East and North Africa has anything to do with the public interest. It is all “pay to play” and the Saudis are paying, big time. This is not unique to the Democrats — the Republicans have done it as well. This is about inspiring endless fear at home and endless war abroad, while neglecting the needs of the public at home because they do not yield obscene profits for the few.
