At the rate things are going, we have 25 years at the very most, and most likely ten years or even five years or less, before things get really, really grim. In fact, crop shortages will begin to kick in with a vengeance over the next year in many countries.

ROBERT STEELE: I agree with Dr. Sauder's projection — and particularly his point about logarithmic compound catastrophy, a point long articulated by Charles Perrow among others — with one caveat. If President Donald Trump, President Vladimir Putin, General Secretary Xi Jinping, and Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei want to implement my ideas, we can achieve all seventeen sustainable development goals within 20 years at 20 percent the cost of the failed Western model, while stopping all destructive behaviors within five years. All it takes is intelligence, integrity, and imagination at the top, and the ability to do holistic analytics, true cost economics, and Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE) across all jurisdictions. I can save the planet, and humanity — and no one of import wants to listen, they are playing the short game.

I am in the process of putting together a collection of my writings to be published by Amazon in time for Thanksgiving reading and Christmas gifting.
