War Imminent After Trump Surrounds Mexico With Aircraft Carriers And Admits Conflict Declaration Ready*

In 1989 Commandant of the Marine Corps Al Gray and I both recognized that the narcotics threat was a “type” threat that should not be ignored; and that intelligence justifying PPBE for “peaceful preventive measures” was needed. We were ignored.  CMC was ignored (CMC was also ignored when we tried in 1992 to shift one third of the National Intelligence Topics (NIT) toward non-state and Third World threats including illegal immigration).

Today President Donald Trump is finally taking action. Not only is Mexico a war zone, but it is the staging ground for much of the trafficking in humans, drugs, guns, gold, and cash that supports the 1% in the USA — including the Bush, Romney, Cheney, and Obama as well as Clinton crime families.

We have wasted thirty years because of selfish inbred stupidity (at best) and treasonous inbred corruption (at worst) behavior at the most senior levels of the US Intelligence Community.

Here is the very first article I ever wrote on the need to reform intelligence.

Each threat class requires its own CINC, its own TO&E, its own ROE, and its own unique mix of country, active-reserve, WOG, and USG-private sector capabilities.  We have wasted toward 25 trillion dollars in the past 30 years because of our lack of intelligence, integrity, and imagination — the one group of people responsible for speaking truth to power became toadies focused on budget building, and betrayed their oaths of office.

On 1 December I will be publishing the letter of transmittal that conveyed a copy of the reference below to the President, three White House officials, the Secretaries of Defense and Army, and twelve active duty flag officers along with the retired general serving as president and CEO of the Association of the US Army.

We have one chance to “fix big.” I pray the President hears my voice.

May God Bless America, our President, and those serving offices who are now willing to re-commit to the Constitution and the Republic.
