Sir,

In many of your videos and papers/docs, you mention the following examples-

  • That once you had asked a retired bank chief to give you a summary of the banking situation for 250 USD while the intel community couldn't gather what you did even after spending thousand's. Kindly tell about it.
  • Once a US president, when TECHINT could not provide the answer, asked a journalist to confirm whether the forces had hit precisely or not.

Please elaborate on the two.

Example 1: Nicaragua

Many years ago there was a need to understand the current economy in Nicaragua, and the prospects for its economy going forward. CIA is very weak on economic reporting, particularly in relation to Third World countries.

I leveraged my academic network to identify a former top official in the Central Bank of Nicaragua who had emigrated to the USA and was living here legally.

Overnight, for $250, he wrote what I recollect as a four page summary, in English, that could not be matched by CIA.

Example 2: Libya

This example comes from a non-fiction book whose title I cannot recollect.

When President Clinton ordered a precision military strike on a single target in Tripoli, the Ministry of Defense as I recall, no one in the Embassy or the US intelligence community could tell him if we had hit the target.

Clinton called the head of CNN who called his editor in Jordan who called a reporter living near the target, who confirmed that it had been hit.

Closing comment:

I have been fascinated to notice that recently some good people have been isolating some of my statements from the past and posting them as collected quotes from Robert David Steele.  Here is one such link:

Robert David Steele Quotes

My bottom line: to create a prosperous world at peace, a world that works for all, we must combine ruthless counterintelligence against traitors including officials who have been bribed, blackmailed, or brainwashed into serving the 1% — the Deep State — with informed local self-governance able to refuse unconstitutional direction from above. Solutions must be rooted in local integration of holistic analytics, true cost economics, and Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE). The truth at any cost lowers all other costs  and yields the greatest public good.

My most current work on where I wish to go is below.
