- Fully engage Muslim clergy, leaders of Islam and heads of Muslim nations
- Create a roadmap for the region's economic and social development
Phi Beta Iota: Putin in passing calls out the USA for lying and fostering an arms race intent on restoring US ability to be the sole hegemon. He emphasizes that Russia is acting on behalf of three groups that favor peace over war: BRICS, APEC, and the G20.
