Phi Beta Iota: A shallow overview that completely neglects the realities that CIA today is killing 98% innocents with drones, while less than 1% of “big data” is processed and that 1% is in turn 1% of what is written which is 1% of what is known. The data ingestion challenge continues to ignored, along with the data integrity and data interoperability challenges. The “tools for thinking” are not there, and neither is the exoscale processing power. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is — like Homeland Security and the Global War on Terror — another budget-building exercise that is out of control and should be completely shut down along with 5G and other mass surveillance technologies that have enormously harmful electromagnetic effects on all forms of life. CRS clearly does not do holistic analytics or true cost economics, until it does, it must be considered just another worthless theatrical enterprise not at all serving the public interest.
