A quiet and peaceful Sunday afternoon in Frank Ogawa Plaza Downtown Oakland. OWS Oakland reestablished after last weeks removal of the camp by Police.  No police presence. Electoral Reform Hand-Out distributed, generally met with skepticism – a real reluctance to engage in specifics.
