Confidential Doc Warns Of Conflict Or Revolution For US
Wayne Madsen Report
4-3-8
WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document.
The document is being called the “C & R” document because it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. “Conflict” is the “C word” in the document.
The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government. “Revolution” is the document's “R word.”

Phi Beta Iota: With a tip of the hat to BW, this year old plus Madsen report has been offered up as We the Peopler being to churn the two Collateral Damage reports and more news is coming out of China and Russia with respect to possible retaliation stratgies. David Walker just recently testified on the Hill, and we found his testimony to be disingenious at best, dishonest at worst. He was a milktoast as Comptroller General, and did not quit (or go public) until offered a cushy retiremy by well-intentioned but overly cautious Peter Peterson, author of the excellent Running on Empty: How the Democratic and Republican Parties Are Bankrupting Our Future and What Americans Can Do About It (Paperback) who has not held Walker accountable for blowing the past year and half making movies and muttering sagely but to no effect about “educating the public.”
China is not stupid, nor are Russia, Iran (Persia), or any of the other major players capable of doing their homework. China is on the verge of a major breakthrough, first hinted at in its policies of “Those Who Farm Shall Have Land,” which unleqashed entreprenuership at a mass level never before achieved by any government. China did not sign the San Francisco treaty, and therefore can still claim the gold that the US stole from the Philippines where it had been stockpiled by the Japanese after they stole it from China in the first place, along with cultural heritage treasures that are even more precious than gold to the Chinese.
What we find truly remarkable is the idiocy of Nancy Pelosi and other Democratic leaders in not realizing that continuing the Bush-Cheney Wall Street bail-out would be the nail in the two-party tyranny coffin. Now that the Bloomberg company has sued the Federal Reserve for an accounting of the taxpayer funds, and won in court, the end of the Federal Reserve and the end of the two-party system are at hand.
What is lacking today is a leader that has three things (and Ron Paul, Ralph Nader, Cynthia McKinney, and the staff leadership of the Independent movement don't have all three):
1. The strategic analytic model necessaary to form a coaltion cabinet, develop sound harmonized policy, and a balanced budget.
2. The balls to to tell the truth to the American people, who are not stupid, they have just been inattentive.
3. The brains to demand Electoral Reform prior to 2010. NOW is the time for anyone with aspirations to be a leader in America–and especially those now playing to the crowds, including Sarah Palin–to state the obvious: America is a corrupt tyranny about to implode. The good news is that there is nothing wrong with America that Electoral Reform will not fix, partially in 2010 and with gusto in 2012.
The Chinese and the Russians, among others, would be wise to contemplate the outcome they desire in the USA. Destroying what is left of the economy after its having been looted by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and City-Bank, with the Bushes and Clintons totally aboard (as with Bill Btradley at Allen & Company and of course Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brezezinski), will not serve the larger public.
What WILL help is a Voice TO America, a World Brain possibly based in India, an Earth Game in which we all play ourselves armed with “true cost” information, and the empowerment of individual Americans so as to inspire the Revolution that is now long overdue. America the Beautiful is aconcept understood better in China than in Washington, D.C. It is time for a non-vi9lent purge of Congress, the creative destruction of the Federal Reserve, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Citi-Bank, and the total restructuring of all internal debt in America to remove the legalized crimes against humanity that Senator Phil Gramm (R-TX) and his colleagues put into place.
Later tonight we will provide a review of Tom Atlee's new book, Reflections on Evolutionary Activism. This crisis is a necessary crisis; the abject failure of all of the traditional paradigms–which we discuss in ELECTION 2008: Lipstick on the Pig in the prefatory section, “Paradigms of Failure“–is an essential precondition to the restoration of populism and appreciative deliberative participatory democracy in America.
