Phi Beta Iota: A cautionary note – as with most utopian concepts, the idea of integral corruption is dispensed with. Organizations can place personal relationships above outcomes (being “in the green”) and still be toxic. The critical factor is whether ALL stakeholders, internal and external, are party to the decision-making — whether “extreme democracy” is present in the workplace, not only in the town square.
