I am contemplating a direct lawsuit against Google and WordPress for what I am seeing as a deliberate manufactured attack on Phi Beta Iota. In my case directly, and several other reported cases, subscribers to PBI are seeing our five daily emails going into their spam buckets.
Since they are subscribers, this is clearly a contrived action and tortious interference, a federal crime.
CALL FOR INPUTS:
If you are experiencing this interference with your subscription, hopefully you have noticed it but may not have thought of telling me about it. I am seeking to compile several hundred reports within our 16,000 plus subcribers, and then I will have a lawsuit filed. I already have discovery emails out to PayPal and interviewers to capture the new round of cyber-stalking, that evidence will be used as well, particularly if we can trace it to the Anti-Defamation League or other elements skilled at using troll armies to defame and disrupt.

UPDATE 1: Based on inputs so far am adding Apple to the target list, recent Apple updates appear to have integrated an anti-conservative algorithm that spams conservative communications including Rand Paul and Liberty zines.
