Phi Beta Iota: The USA needs to close all of its overseas bases without exception — they are they lily pads for Deep State trafficking in children, drugs, guns, gold, and dirty money — with the added benefit of bringing back to the USA millions of military support jobs now going to foreigners. The USA needs a home based military, a long-haul Air Force, and a 450 ship Navy optimized for small war and peace as well as homeland coastal integrity.
