Phi Beta Iota: US OSINT is worthless because it lacks intelligence and integrity. The original idea — just enough just in time outreach to indigenous humans with eyes on and direct knowledge, was hijacked into a low-rent version of NSA — US butts in seats without a clue, an excuse to spend billions for crap while refusing to properly fund serious humans, tools for multinational information-sharing and sense-making, and a massive global to local online database of true costs for every policy, product, service, and behavior.
