I note with amusement the recent “discovery” by Carmen Medina, once a good person but now swallowed whole by the Deep State, and CSIS, always a tool of the Deep State, both now agreeing that we need an Open Source Agency….without mention of me. Never mind that the I got this into the Aspin-Brown Commission Report and with help from Kevin Scheid into the 9/11 Commission Report; never mind that I got OMB to approve this twice at $2B a year FOC. These miserable fucks will never get it right.
And then you have political pansies at the ODNI issuing new policy on setting intelligence priorities. These people don't have a fucking clue. In 1992 I explained to Rick Shackleford, the DoD IC collection manager, that we needed to move away from priority driven collection to gap driven collection, and we needed to give Third World and domestic intelligence and counterintelligence gaps our full attention. Rich Haver, representing Navy, looked at me in wonder and his exact words were “you actually understand this stuff?” Yes, Rich, I did then and I do now.
Ignorant fucks. In betrayal of the public trust, always. We need Mike Flynn as DNI and senior advisor to the legally elected President Donald J. Trump, along with the abolishment of the NSA, a tool of the Deep State, and the creation of my integrated vision of a Grand Strategy Council, an Inter-Agency Development Command that does both US and foreign direct development using Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE), a Peace College at NDU, and of course an Open Source Agency that also funds the Presidential Web 3.0, Studio, and Truth Ecology, not something anyone advising President Trump “gets” right now.
These people are all beneath contempt. We need to purge the top three layers of intelligence “management” across the board, with a few exceptions, and we need to defund all the “think tanks” that nothing more than the syphilictic whores of the Deep State. Eliminating the federal income tax (and exceptions for all fake non-profits) will be a good start.
For the record: I no longer agree that 70% of the IC should be demolished. Bill Golden did a good job of showing me that all those good people trapped in a bad system are simply mis-directed. We will re-direct one third to Global Coverage and one-third to domestic competitive commercial and agricultural decision-support focused on Making America Great Again.
