It is intriguing to see lights on a small planet that can't be explained. Are we looking at a settlement, a city of non human origin?
Alien Life on Ceres: New evidence points towards intelligent life on the dwarf planet
But if the pyramid-shaped structures and huge bright lights that resemble a city aren’t enough, Ceres has more to offer. According to scientists, the dwarf planet is split into a rocky core and an icy mantle and is believed to have an internal ocean of LIQUID WATER under its thick coating of ice.
ROBERT STEELE: I am increasingly of the view that the Obama Administration has decided to disclose the existence of multiple extraterrestrial races and official contacts, and that NASA is the lead for rolling out a public “soft landing” information operations campaign. The Vatican is heavily involved and this could influence what Joe Biden does next. It could also be under negotiation with Michael Bloomberg, who could be, if not the actual Independent candidate, the king or queen maker.
There are three aspects to the forthcoming disclosures:
01 alternative technologies that could have created heaven on earth but were repressed
02 increased understanding of the Cosmos and why war is not tolerated outside of single petri dishes such as our own
03 persistent betrayal of the public trust by those who have withheld this information in constant violation of the US Constitution (and other national formation documents).
