Phi Beta Iota: The F-35 is an across the board failure. This graphic shows just how over-bearing its budget it in relation to other aircraft. A Bottom-Up Review should find that ICBMs are a better investment than the Long Range Bomber (which will be acutely vulnerable to systemic cyber issues the USAF continues to ignore), and that we need to rethink trade-offs between pilots and technologies, expense and redundancy, and more.
