EXCLUSIVE: Was Bill Clinton Plea Bargaining With The Attorney General?
Former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova told the Daily Caller News Foundation the former President “is at least a witness in two criminal investigations, probably a subject in two criminal investigations. He is a person of interest officially to the Department of Justice,” he said flatly. . . . While Hillary was America’s top diplomat, Bill also collected $500,000 speaking fees before business associations and powerful interests in Russia, Nigeria, China, Italy, and the Netherlands. He collected $1 million in speaking fees from the United Arab Emirates and in Austria.
Phi Beta Iota: There is absolutely no question about the indictability of Hillary Clinton on multiple accounts associated with her private server — the mishandling of classified information is the least of her offenses. At least seven emails are believed to exist (the Russians and NSA have them, the FBI may not) that clearly document the quid pro quo that must be proven to bring charges of influence peddling while in office. She — and her husband and her daughter — are all indictable for wire fraud and solicitation fraud as well as illegal fraudulent charity operations in multiple countries. They are probably also in violation of all agreements made with the US Government prior to Hillary Clinton's being nominated to be Secretary of State.
