President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper and his Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director John Brennan oversaw a secret supercomputer system known as “THE HAMMER,” according to former NSA/CIA contractor-turned whistleblower Dennis Montgomery.
Clapper and Brennan were using the supercomputer system to conduct illegal and unconstitutional government data harvesting and wiretapping. THE HAMMER was installed on federal property in Fort Washington, Maryland at a complex which some speculate is a secret CIA and NSA operation operating at a US Naval facility.
President Trump’s allegation that the Obama Administration was wiretapping him is not only supported by Montgomery’s whistleblower revelations about Brennan’s and Clapper’s computer system THE HAMMER, but also by statements made this week by William Binney, a former NSA Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group, by former CIA and State Department official Larry Johnson, and by Montgomery’s attorney Larry Klayman.
. . . . .
Montgomery also contends that the government can plant files such as child pornography or state secrets on a target’s computer, setting up the owner of that device for blackmail or framed prosecution.
UPDATE 1: At the below link is the lengthy letter from Larry Klayman that appears to have forced the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) to do its job.
ROBERT STEELE: President Donald Trump is on solid ground when he accuses the US secret intelligence community — and their collaborators in the UK and other intelligence communities, of spying on him. For decades before 9/11 there was a clear understanding among FIVE EYES that they would spy on one another’s politicians and pass on what they collected as a token end run on the prohibition against spying on one’s own politicians. Since 9/11 all controls have been dismissed, and CIA and NSA have spied on all US politicians, judges, and many others, with complete impunity. In my view President Donald Trump would be on very solid ground if he terminated the National Security Agency (NSA) after first appointing William Binney as the transition director to oversee the transfer of the 25% of NSA that is legitimate and useful, to a new Directorate of Signals Intelligence at CIA. NSA has no legislative charter — closing NSA down would be the equivalent of President Harry Truman firing General Douglas MacArthur for insobordination.
In my personal judgement based on personal experience, NSA has been in a state of sedition and treason since General Mike Hayden first established warrantless wiretapping and mass surveillance, and all directors and senior officers at NSA since then are in my view easily indictable for high crimes.
I fear that neither the new Director of National Intelligence (DNI) nor the new Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have the deep and broad understanding they need — or the trusted experienced staff they need — to dismantle the Deep State elements that lie concealed within the US secret intelligence community.
We need, at a minimum, a counterintelligence surge led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) but with the complete collaboration of NSA professionals who choose to support our legitimate president, in developing a case, based on emails and calls among Deep Staters that are in the NSA database, against these individuals.
The time has come for President Donald Trump to get serious about challenging the Deep State and dismantling the Deep State.
