Phi Beta Iota: Prosperity and the education that prosperity brings are also relevant to the drop in birth rates. We have no direct knowledge but our best guess is that the vaccines that sterilize women without their knowledge or consent are at least 20% of the drop world-wide, and 40% in Africa.
