Phi Beta Iota:There is no question but that both CIA and NASA have had extensive mind-control programs at both the individual and mass levels since the end of WWII when the CIA — in direct contravention of the President's direction — imported masses of Nazi scientists and put them to work — and often in control — at CIA and NASA. “Targeted individuals” are a legitmate category of concern demanding counterintelligence investigation.
