Once hailed as unhackable, blockchains are now getting hacked
In total, hackers have stolen nearly $2 billion worth of cryptocurrency since the beginning of 2017, mostly from exchanges, and that’s just what has been revealed publicly.
Phi Beta Iota: Stephen E. Arnold has been far ahead of this curve, just as he was with Google in the 1990's and is now with Amazon. Deanonomyizing the crypto world is something no one wants to talk about. We are glad to see MIT getting a grip on the obvious: anything build by man can be hacked by man.
