Phi Beta Iota: Office of Net Assessment (ONA) is overdue for termination or redirection.  It does not do what it is funded to do, and is instead a slush fund for neo-conservative war-mongering in violation of all US treaties and executive regulations.

ROBERT STEELE:  I agree in principle with our duty editor.  ONA has always been a con job. However, if it were under ethical leadership and actually doing its job, it could be extremely helpful to the President in unscrewing and rebuilding what is called D3C: Defense, Diplomacy, Development, & Commerce.  It might even publish something as useful as the below reference.  Heavens.
