The bombs fall both on Libya and NYC – we say NO!
Phi Beta Iota: The bombing of Libya, apart from being unConstitutional and with respect to operations against Tripoli, a series of terrible war crimes, is a clear example of a failing government doing the wrong thing righter. As Ambassador Mark Palmer pointed out years ago, in Breaking the Real Axis of Evil, it is much more moral, and much less expensive, to offer the 44 dictators (42 of them — well, 41 now — best pals of the US Government) a coherent non-violent exit strategy. The US Government lacks intelligence and integrity.
