It never occurred to me that accidentally becoming the top Amazon reviewer for non-fiction, partially associated with my being the lead for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) for 25 years across 66+ countries, would be vastly more important than everything I ever learned across multiple graduate degrees, as a former spy, and as co-founder of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA).
As I encounter disbelief about Neil Keenan and his role as the main juncture between the Dragon Society and the West as we move toward a global economic re-set, I have to remind myself that 80% of the public still thinks JFK was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald; J. Edgar Hoover was a moral man; the Israelis attacked the USS Liberty by accident, and 9/11 was carried out by a bunch of “rag heads” armed with box cutters.
I must emphasize that it was not the books that underlay my absolute confidence in Neil Keenan and the Dragon Society and the broad outlines of the coming global re-set, but rather the people behind the books that I have taken the trouble to meet, sometimes under quasi-clandestine circumstances. Sterling and Peggy Seagrave — Peggy has passed — stand out. Their book, Gold Warriors–America’s Secret Recovery of Yamashita’s Gold, came with a CD containing 60,000 additional documents including maps and photographs. That led me to a quasi-clandestine meeting in France to interview them for the 2004 offering of my international conference — the transcript is online — and a deep continuing relationship of trust.
Among the 3,000 or so other non-fiction books, most of which I have reviewed at Amazon, many are relevant but I want to single out DOPE, Inc. Britain’s Opium War Against the World as a book that while flawed, offers deep insights that set the foundation for Matt Taibbi's recent book, Griftopia–Bubble Machines, Vampire Squids, and the Long Con That Is Breaking America.
The misdeeds of Allen Dulles in rescuing the Nazi leaders, importing the Nazi scientists, and saving the Nazi gold are an important side bar — that story is ably told by David Talbot in The Devil’s Chessboard – Allen Dulles, the CIA, and the Rise of America’s Secret Government. The USA chose the side of fascism after WWII, and used secret gold to restore fascist governments in Germany, Italy, Japan and other countries including Argentina and Indonesia. Where we could not get fascists we supported dictators, often imposing them on the public via regime change covert operations or through outright invasion. See my many lists of reviews for the many branches from these stage-setting thoughts.
With that as an introduction, I offer a link to the below starting points. I do not buy into all of it — the 80-20 rule is one I generally apply — but on balance, I do believe that China, Indonesia, and Russia are about to pull off a global re-set, and the good guys still within the US Government will help.
A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE GLOBAL COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS AND KEENAN’S EFFORTS TO FREE THEM

Includes answer to the question “Who is Neil Keenan and what is his relationship to the Global Accounts?”
See especially “4.00 The Asian “Dragon Family” Organization” and “5.00 The Elected M1 Sukarno and Kennedy Connection.”
In my view, the assassination of JFK ended all vestige of public responsibility within the US Government. The election of Donald Trump, in my personal view, offers a slim chance of re-booting democracy in the USA, but only if he embraces the ideas I have offered, otherwise he will just be another figurehead.
