These are my personal views that do not necessarily represent the views of the Department of Defense or any element thereof.
It is my privilege have completed a three monograph series for the U.S. Army's Strategic Studies Institute (SSI), where I have been an External Researcher with several chapters and three monographs published, since the mid-1990's.
UPDATE (the Book is Much Better than the Monographs)

REINVENTING INTELLIGENCE: 30 Years in the Wilderness
All new books by Robert are in full color 8.5 x 11. They are also on Kindle.
I have completed a Grand Strategy review that has not been done since 1953; and a Global Reality overview that provides a “ground truth” appraisal absent from joint acquisition calculations today.
For the first time, a US Army force structure is proposed that is rooted in both a coherent Grand Strategy, and a grasp of Global Reality. It is a moral Army — a three million soldier Army with no bases overseas and no contractors. It is a starting point for some deep soul searching among those charged with leading our Army forward.
