If you want to double your life-span – in my case as a 65-year-old I can reasonably aspire to living to be 120 or so, perhaps long, those starting younger can aspire to live toward 200 years of age – this is the single most revolutionary and serious book you can read to that end and is the capstone document from over a decade of radical free thinking proven in medical experimentation that has been documented in over 150 peer-reviewed journal publications.

By its nature this book is also an indictment of the largely retarded Western “scientific” and “medical” industries that are both totally corrupt and totally ignorant – on the one hand they are structured to sell artificial remediation and surgery while ignoring 95% of the natural and alternative cures available at next to no cost; and on the other they are an incestuous self-licking ice cream cone that thrives on 1% (published) or 1% (written) or 1% (known).

The First Brain is what most think of as our only brain – the gray matter in our head. The Second Brain, with as many neurons as the First Brain, is our Gastrointestinal Tract – you are what you eat.

The Third Brain is a microbiome that comprises roughly 99% of the total DNA in the human body, and is central to eradicating susceptibility to both aging and disease in all its forms including imposed diseases from electromagnetic as well as toxic pollution – particularly aluminum and other particles associated with geoengineering.

The shortest version of the Ruggiero break-through that I have been able to find is his short article, “The Human Microbiota and the Immune System: Reflections on Immortality,” in Journal of Immunology, Madridge , Volume 1, Issue 1 (2017).  This is NEW SCIENCE and it is going to change your life and the lives of your loved ones if you take the time to “read in.”

QUOTE (26): “The microbiome is made up of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast and microbes.  About seventy percent of the microbiome  is contained in the lining of the GI Tract;  the other thirty percent is dispersed in our mucosa, skin, blood, hair and throughout the rest of the body.”

In a nut-shell, we have been poisoning ourselves to early deaths. My understanding is that the recommendations of this book, if followed, include a requirement to abstain from drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco, while encouraging a shift to organic eating, but the bottom line is that life extension is now one pill away, taken twice a day.

As I read through this book I saw a clear triangle – three dots that I as an individual must connect if I am to live the longest possible healthy life: nutrition and toxin avoidance are the first two, the pill that is coming out of beta production now (in January 2018, this book was published in 2017) is the third. It stops the aging and inflammation and disease cycles, and then actually begins to reverse them. You can become YOUNGER over the next fifty years.

This book redefines “brain” (now three brains and the bulk of the thinking is outside the head), focuses on the role of genetic information and the fact that most of that genetic information is within the third brain or the microbiome, which is NON-HUMAN (microbes inhabiting the human body).

QUOTE (73): “It may sound strange, but our behavior, our mental states, our feelings are not born inside our heads, but rather inside our guts, where the  majority of microbes reside. And it is quite possible that we have our free will, with most of our decision-making capabilities attributes to the information contained in the third brain.”

The healthiest human will properly feed all three brains. Eating organic and exercising regularly is not enough. This book lays down in great deal everything else that needs to be considered.
