The creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), founded by Zionist Secretary Michael Chertoff and in the aftermath of Zionist designed and executed 9/11, enabled them to penetrate all US law enforcement and emergency response computers, on top of the national security and federal government computers they already owned from the 1990's.
