White House Issues a “National” Science & Tech Agenda

Hat's off to Steve Aftergood for sharing with us the extraordinarily weak, biased, and ineffective national S&T guidance.

R&D today is corrupt because it is focused on increasing the transfer of wealth from the 99% to the 1%. In that sense, reducing existing R&D programs is the right thing to do.

Lacking, however, is Presidential fulfillment of the campaign promise to remove all secrecy orders from patents starting with free energy, and a Presidential commitment to reboot the US economy with a mix of localization, Web 3.0 that cannot be censored, and Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE). The President knows so much (e.g. about Tesla) but he is being held back by a GOP-controlled staff that is just counting the days until “the great disruptor” is gone and they can go back to business as usual for the Deep State.
