He can get everything he needs by telling the Acting Chief of Staff to implement the Open Source Agency (OSA) that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has twice approved — in 2000 and 2010 — only to see fierce resistance from the corrupt secret intelligence community that is utterly terrified of anyone being able to get to the truth at low cost — truth that can be shared with the public, Congress, the media, and foreign partners.
