Should open source be ethical?

At present, software licenses that prohibit socially harmful or unethical uses cannot be considered open source. Should we change that?

Phi Beta Iota: ALERT. This is code for #GoogleGestapo deplatforming anyone they don’t agree with — as with the licenses  that were cancelled on the Immigation and Customs Enforcement (ICE) because a liberal owner of the software disagreed with government doing its job.
