2002 9/11, The Real World, and the Future of Intelligence
Briefings & LecturesThis lecture, originally developed for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Western Management Development Center (WMDC) in Denver, Colorado, was utlimately given to over ten National Security Courses there (for aspiring super-grade or flag officer equivalent government employees), and also delivered to nineteen different locations across the country for the American Committee on Foreign Relations (ACFR), a gras-roots spin off from the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
